During business hours, we return "Dress Requests" in as little as 30 minutes (dress requests are received Monday through Friday during regular business hours).  Because Jan's Boutique is extremely busy at times we can not handle the huge volume of phone dress requests and our customers in our store. Jan's Boutique is a full-service store featuring 20 dressing rooms and at certain times of the day and on weekends our store is packed solid, this is the main reason we can not handle the hundreds of phone calls we receive on a daily basis.  If you did call us then please excuse us for not being able to respond to you request but please note WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  Thanks for your patience!  Please note requests taken after store hours or on days in which we are closed will not be responded to till the following business day.
